Our tasting room offers a relaxed and fun setting with over a dozen different wines to try daily. We serve white, red, and rosé wines. Our large dog-friendly patio has panoramic views of the Verde Valley and can accommodate larger groups. Our 4,000-case winery is also located on-site and is viewable in our tasting room. We offer a charcuterie plate with meats, cheeses, fresh and dried fruit, nuts and crackers served in a bento box. We have lots of merchandise and clothing.  The Oddity Wine Collective is about passion, expression, and a fierce love for the blossoming Arizona wine industry. All three of us took a risk, stepping away from our old career paths, leaping into a newly formed Viticulture and Enology program at Yavapai College. The local industry quickly grabbed ahold of all of our attentions and ambitions. During our time in the college program we all scrambled for any and every opportunity to work in the vineyard and the cellar. Somewhere, in the midst of pruning vines, thinning canopies, bottling wines, steaming barrels, pressing grapes, and classes at school, the three of us crossed paths. As time went on, we began to recognize the individual strengths we each hold, and it seemed to be a potential recipe for success. None of us in a position to give up our day jobs in the industry, but each of us wielding a piece of the puzzle that makes a young wine label whole.

Carlson Creek Vineyard spans across a lush 280 acres just outside of Willcox, Arizona – situated off Kansas Settlement Road and Robbs Road. The vineyard sits at an elevation of 4200 feet, which provides a completely different environment than what is typically found in Arizona. Weather conditions of warm days and cool nights, similar to what you would find in Argentina, Chile and the south of France, produces thicker skins, deeper colors and more flavor in the grapes.

Caduceus Cellars currently has five different blocks in Northern Arizona. 4900ft, the Judiths Block on Cleopatra Hill, Jerome, AZ, is a combination of limestone, volcanic, and sedimentary rock. 3500 ft, The Marzo Block and at 3300 ft, The Agostina block are covered with fine river sediment over a bed of calcareous substrate. The Elephante block, in Cornville, AZ, has a minimum of 5 different soils/terrain profiles all on a 28-acre site. The Southwest Wine Center, Yavapai College Block is nestled in the alluvial foothills of Mingus Mountain. All this peppered with volcanic magic dust. The main fruit source for Merkin Vineyards is the historic 70 acre Buhl Memorial Vineyard, in the Kansas Settlement of Willcox, Arizona.

Our base malt is grown by the Hauser family and malted by Sinagua Malt which is a benefit corporation created to provide a market solution for declining flows in rivers and streams.
