Curbside Pick-up
Taylor Waste lets you add a recycling bin to your trash pick-up for about the price of a fancy cappuccino. Recycling gets picked up twice per month. The recycling container is less than half the price of an additional trash can. Taylor Waste does not accept glass. taylorwaste.com/ or 9286492662

Materials should be clean and dry when recycling.
Patriot Disposal gathers the trash and recycling in one bin and removes many recyclable materials directly from the trash at the Freedom Recycling Center. They process 100% of the residential material they pick up. Drop-Off, Mail-In, or Schedule a Pick-up.
The Cottonwood Transfer Station allows free recycling drop-off. They are located at 1500 West Mingus Avenue in Cottonwood and open 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday. They do not accept appliances containing freon.
Recycling drop-off locations that are still available until further notice include Mingus Union High School in Cottonwood (1801 East Fir Street) and behind the Rimrock Post Office (5235 North Lookout Point Road).
APS will pick up your refrigerator and pay you $30. Call 8775146654 for more information.
Camp Verde Transfer Station: Drop-off used motor oil for no charge at 2600 E. Highway 260, open 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday.
Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity: you can drop-off donations or have large donatable items picked up (like furniture, appliances, and construction material). Drop-off at Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity, 737 S. Main Street in Cottonwood. Call 9286496788 before dropping off items or to schedule a time for them to pick items up directly from you! And your donation is tax-deductible. Habitat for Humanity does not accept mattresses.
Sedona Recycles: drop-off items to be recycled at 2280 Shelby Drive in Sedona. They recycle a slew of materials, including electronics, batteries, printer cartridges, packing materials, paper, glass, and even Styrofoam blocks. Sedona Recycles does not accept Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) monitors and televisions, plastic bags, plate glass, ceramic, mirrors, waxed cardboard, and some other items. You can recycle CFL bulbs, rechargeable batteries, and cell phones at Home Depot, plastic bags at Bashas, and desktop printer ink cartridges at Office Max.

Free Transfer Station Dump Days/Slash Drop-Off
Free Community Clean Up days in Camp Verde are typically for about nine days at the end of March and beginning of April (usually Thursdays through Sundays). During this time, most drop-offs at the Camp Verde Transfer Station are free. Dates vary for other Transfer Stations in Yavapai County.
The annual free slash drop-off program is available at Yavapai County transfer stations for two months April 1-June 1, 2018 during normal operating hours. Get rid of brush, branches, grass, leaves, and yard trimmings.

Other times of the year, slash drop-off at the Camp Verde Transfer Station is only $5 per truckload and $10-$15 per trailer. You can usually even pick up free mulch while you’re there!
