Manzanita Outreach fills the gaps within the Yavapai County food assistance supply chain, sharing food with kindness and dignity. MOhelp.org is a community service program that helps neighbors discover where and when food is shared in their community.

Music in the Stacks is a showcase of local and national musicians who entertain regularly in Northern Arizona. There are 4-6 different performers during the show, with a rotating variety each month.

March's concert features the following talented local musicians: Gary Simpkins, Christy Fisher, Mike McReynolds, Tony Cook, and Matt Fabritz.

Special precautions have been taken to ensure everyone's health and safety, including extensive cleaning and sanitizing, arranging the seating to allow for social distancing, and keeping the rear doors open for the duration of the concert. As a reminder, masks are also required in the library.

Services include Area on Aging, Head Start, Help with utilities, firewood, propane, Weatherization, economic/workplace development, home program CDBG, regional planning, Route 66 Browfield site revitalization.  Solving common problems.  Transcending geographical boundaries.  Improving local communities.  These are just a few of the tasks of the Northern Arizona Council of Governments (NACOG), a group of local governments representing Apache, Coconino, Navajo and Yavapai Counties.  NACOG staff works with local governments to address similar issues faced by the communities within the region.

The Town of Camp Verde Economic Development Department is fortunate to be able to partner with the Coconino National Forest's Red Rock Ranger District to begin construction of the 6-mile loop trail that will extend out from the Sports Complex. With the help of a RAC grant and an AMAZING American Conservation Experience Crew, work is underway and scheduled to be completed in about 6 weeks. Happy Trails, fellow Camp Verdeans!
